Access Points

Agencies are able to refer clients to the local Reaching Home funded Coordinated Access Points.

People who attend an intake will be matched to an agency to obtain housing support services.

Housing Support Workers work with:

  • People leaving corrections
  • Families
  • People who need support with eviction or landlords
  • People experiencing homelessness
  • People at risk of homelessness
  • Single adults

Housing Inventory

YWCA Homeward Bound Winsor

  • Helps provide harm reduction help
  • Wrap around supportive living

YWCA Oakdale

  • Has beds funded CLSD beds
  • Has beds funded by Mental Health
  • Offers sober transitional living

Community Housing Intakes

Coordinated Access offers community intakes that are completed in collaboration with various community agencies to offer folks with other supports if they’re interested. Coordinated Access attends local community agencies to ensure it’s meeting people where they’re at.

In addition, we manage the homeless strategy in Prince Albert, support Housing First Initiatives and local community agencies that address homelessness.

Affordable Housing

With over 100 homes River Bank Development Corporation offers a variety of affordable rental housing options to fit your housing needs in Prince Albert.

To pick up an application for an affordable housing unit, stop by the River Bank Development office, located inside the Bernice Sayese Centre at 1350 15th Ave. W. in Prince Albert.

The office is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Monday to Friday.

Applicants must include at least two references from previous landlords, including their names and phone numbers, with their application.
